Drink With the Seasons
Subscribe to raw milk that changes with the land — richer in summer, creamier in winter, always alive with the flavor of the pasture.

Pasture-Fed, Naturally Balanced
Our goats are browsers, not grazers — more like deer than cows. They thrive on variety: leaves, vines, bark, flowers, and herbs. That diversity builds better nutrition and naturally balanced milk without relying on heavy grain diets.
As the seasons shift, so does the flavor:
Spring & Summer — sweet and fresh from clovers and herbs
Fall & Winter — richer and creamier with a nutty finish
Each bottle captures a snapshot of the season — and that authenticity is what sets raw pasture-fed milk apart.

We'll text you each week before we bottle, and you'll have until that week's cutoff time (Tuesday at midnight) to add extras to your order, or to notify us if you need to skip the week's share.
And speaking of skip...
We understand that life gets busy! Every week, you'll receive a text message/email alert before we bottle, with the option to “skip” by midnight on Tuesday to opt out of the week's order at no charge (pre-paid members will receive a full week's credit to use on their next order).
Milk safety starts with herd health. We maintain a closed herd and use artificial insemination to improve genetics without introducing outside disease. Visitor access is limited, and our goats are raised in low-stress, clean environments that support strong natural immunity.
Every milking follows a strict sanitation protocol. Each doe’s udder is washed, disinfected, and inspected before milking. We use a sanitary milking system, finish by hand to support udder health, and immediately chill milk to 40°F or colder within an hour to preserve freshness and flavor. All equipment is washed and sterilized after every use, deep-cleaned weekly, and our bulk tank is fully sanitized at least every 72 hours. Milk is bottled directly into sterilized containers.
Our milk is monitored and tested continuously. Each batch is visually inspected daily, screened weekly for early signs of mastitis, and lab-tested monthly for bacteria, butterfat, protein, and somatic cell counts. State testing is performed quarterly under our Grade A permit, and all milking does receive annual veterinary testing for tuberculosis and brucellosis.
If a goat ever shows signs of illness, she is immediately separated, milked with dedicated equipment, and her milk is tested and discarded until she is fully cleared. Only milk from healthy goats ever reaches your bottle.
Clean milk isn’t an afterthought here — it’s built into every step, from pasture to pour.
Goat milk has a naturally sweet, smooth, and creamy flavor—often described as richer and gentler than cow milk. While taste can vary slightly with breed and diet, our milk is consistently mild, clean, and free of any “goaty” aftertaste. It’s delicious on its own and perfect for cooking, baking, or cheesemaking.
Goats simply produce less milk than cows—usually around one gallon per day versus several gallons from a dairy cow. They’re also browsers, not grazers, which means they require more diverse forage and specialized feed. Add in higher fencing costs, housing needs, and hands‑on daily care, and you can see why high‑quality goat milk carries a slightly higher price. The result, though, is exceptional milk from healthy, well‑cared‑for animals.
Yes—goat milk is every bit as nutritious, and in many ways, even more so. It’s rich in calcium, vitamin A, potassium, and beneficial fatty acids. Many of these nutrients are naturally more bioavailable, meaning your body can absorb them more easily. It’s a wholesome, nutrient‑dense choice for the whole family.
Many people find it much easier on their stomach. Goat milk contains smaller fat molecules and A2 casein proteins, which your body can break down more gently than the A1 proteins common in cow milk. This often results in smoother digestion and less discomfort.
Keep your milk cold and refrigerated immediately after pickup. When properly chilled and stored in a tightly sealed container, raw goat milk stays fresh and delicious for weeks. Keeping it sealed also prevents it from absorbing other flavors in your fridge.
